Mr Koutroumanos is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with sub-specialty expertise in all aspects of eyelid, eye socket and tear duct surgery with extensive international sub-specialist training and experience. Following extensive General Ophthalmology practice at Moorfields Eye Hospital with a focus in Cataract and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery, he undertook three Oculoplastic, Lacrimal and Orbital Surgery Fellowships, at Moorfields, the Royal Free Hospital and the University of British Columbia in Canada. For this, he was awarded both the Keeler Scholarship and the HCA International Scholarship.
