Facelift without intubation or IV sedation
Most facelift procedures in Europe are performed using nasal/oral tracheal intubation. We present a technique that makes use of oral sedation and local anesthesia using Whitacre spinal needle. Liposuction, loop suspension, ear lobule control and scar/tragus issues will be discussed.
Lip lift using suspension micro- screws
There are growing number of patients requesting the rejuvenation of ageing upper lips. Often these patients also have nasal tip ptosis. There are a number of direct and indirect upper lip lifting procedures. We describe a technique, which combines upper lip and nasal tip rejuvenation through hidden incisions and the use of suspension micro-screws.
