Asymmetry and unfavorable esthetics of the jawline and other facial contours have become possible to correct in three dimensions using computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing. 20 patients were documented and prospectively registered. Malformational, deformational, and purely esthetic indications were encountered. Face-Q was used for lower face appreciation, morphological outcome intervention, psychological and social evaluations. I will report on the results of this survey.
